Recently trying to install a Module in Powershell gallery on a PC , but came back with an error

Had a check and No Repos were listed

PS C:\Windows\system32> Get-PSRepository | fl *
WARNING: Unable to find module repositories.

Installed the Default Repos again

PS C:\Windows\system32> Register-PSRepository -Default
PS C:\Windows\system32> Get-PSRepository | fl *

When you plug in a fortiextender , it will take the default route by putting its distance as 5

To change this back to secondary , change the Distance of the interface to over the default ( 10) or reduce the primary distance to under 5

GPO  Set a default associations configuration file under Computer Configuration > Administrative Templayes > Windows Components > File Explorer

Save the follwing file as an XML and use this

pc_2024p_front_closeup_dsc3196_1[1]Recently I setup a DELL n2024p however did not have a usb to serial cable to get console access. I used port scanner to find the IP of the device as default it will use DHCP which took me to the open manage web login. I tried to search and use many default logins however none worked. It seems the only way to get this password is use the console cable to set it!
