A weekly Privileged Identity Management summary email for Azure AD roles is sent to Privileged Role Administrators, Security Administrators, and Global Administrators that have enabled Privileged Identity Management.

The problem is , if you are using PIM currently then the user’s won’t get these emails as they will not be privileged
I setup an user with a privilege role , then an Exchange rule to CC the users accounts ( Unprivedge ) to get these weekend alerts
