Install the latest version of whatever version you already have. e.g. V18 or V19

If a reboot is pending on the computer, the installation will fail.

Ole 19 introduced a lot changes, including calling the provider msoledbsql msoledbsql19 and forcing encryption (there are ways to disable it). The different major versions can live side by side.
