Trying to go through recreating the Claims in Dynamics CRM and the error

The federation metadata URL ‘https://ADFS.domain.local/FederationMetadata/2007-06/FederationMetadata.xml’ is not available.”.

Going to the URL in the explorer windows downloaded the ADFS XML without an issue

I reopened the Dynamics Console and tried again and this fixed the issue

Also make sure TLS1.0 Is enabled ( Dont need to reboot ) with Older versions of CRM
