After adding C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft as a path to the UPD to save , randomly teams would start crashing per below

Usually the fix for this is to delete  C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft , which fixes it for a while but then crashes after a few minutes. ( C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft is in UPD ) 

Removing just the Teams Local Directory C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Teams from UPD then fixes this
