Teams Add-In load behaviour changes from 3 to 2 constantly

After setting the load behavior of current user to 3 for the Teams Add In , when you open Outlook it re-sets back to 2

Looks like the Machine Wide installer for Teams was not installed on the PC, and it was reverting back to the user install of Teams which was on a different version ( 64bit instead of 32bit )

Installing the Machine Wide installer for Teams fixed this
