Trying to Load the Window comes up with “Connecting to the RD Connection Broker server…” for 10 Minutes , eventually loads

When you open the RD Services , the connection broker queries all the servers

I saw one of the servers in my List had “Offline” for Manageability

Rebooting the server then removing and re-adding it onto the server manager fixed the issue
