Using the web site I could launch screen connect and control site devices no problems.

When I am using the Automate Center GUI and try and launch screen connect to connect to any device on any site nothing would launch.

Resolution:

Go To System – User Class Manager

For Super Admin – Plugin

Ensure all Connect wise ScreenConnect Plugin option are ticked

For Super Admin – Web Extensions

Ensure all Connect wise ScreenConnect options are ticked
