1 ) Import Cert to Server

Find new Cert in List and Import

Use Get-AdfsSslCertificate to make sure the Thumbprint points to new one

If not

Set-AdfsSslCertificate -Thumbprint 610c4b2cxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Restart ADFS Server
