- Linking Support Benefits to Your CSP Account , You only have to do this once a renewal once for each customer
Linking the support benefits is a one-time activity, as the support contract will be associated with your individual sign-in for all customers.
- Log in to PartnerCentre using your CSP account and select any of your customers.
- Select Service Requests, then New Request.
- Select Microsoft Azure, which will log you into the client’s Azure portal.
- Select Support Plans, then click on Link support benefits.
- Enter your unique ASfP (Advanced Support for Partners) Access ID along with the ASfP Contract ID (Contract ID is the Agreement ID).
Note: If you have multiple accounts across different regions, you will need to link your Access ID to each one.
