This looks like a bit of a bug , when you change an OneNote file hosted in Onedrive or Sharepoint via the Application in windows it does not update the Date Modified

When you update it using the Web Version it does !

This isn’t a good bug to find when you use a program for Backups or replication that only replicates the Deltas !
