How to train for an Iron Man

Things I did

  • Workout at least twice during each day ( 10K run at Lunch and 1-2 hours Cycling Swiming in the evening )
  • Start Eating Breakfast! Muslei and lots of nuts
  • Turned Vegetarian to help nutrition 
  • Practiced Sea Swimming
  • Gave up caffine/went Decaf for Coffee
  • Performed 10 180KM Bike Rides and 4K Swims , try to do something long once a week
  • Start Tapering 2 weeks before

Things I didn’t do 

  • Get a Triathlon Coach
  • Get a swimming Coach
  • Do Brick Workouts
  • Join Stava
  • Monitor Heart Rate
  • Use Tri Bars as much as I thought
