Things I did
- Workout at least twice during each day ( 10K run at Lunch and 1-2 hours Cycling Swiming in the evening )
- Start Eating Breakfast! Muslei and lots of nuts
- Turned Vegetarian to help nutrition
- Practiced Sea Swimming
- Gave up caffine/went Decaf for Coffee
- Performed 10 180KM Bike Rides and 4K Swims , try to do something long once a week
- Start Tapering 2 weeks before
Things I didn’t do
- Get a Triathlon Coach
- Get a swimming Coach
- Do Brick Workouts
- Join Stava
- Monitor Heart Rate
- Use Tri Bars as much as I thought
