Trying to set a Sync up between Google Apps and 365 Migration comes up with the error

Error: MigrationProvisioningPermanentException: The operation couldn’t be performed because object ’[email protected]’ couldn’t be found on ‘SYCP282A01DC003.AUSP282A001.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM’. –> The operation couldn’t be performed because object ’[email protected]’ couldn’t be found on ‘SYCP282A01DC003.AUSP282A001.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM’.

The ( Primary email address ) on Office 365 needs to be the same as in Google so you cannot use the OnMicrosoft.com address

You will need to add the domain to 365 and change the Primary Email Address

UPN can be cutover at a later stage
