The warning regarding the local external endpoint IP is not usual for statically assigned public IP addresses, it is normal for DHCP or PPPor links. Putting that aside for the moment, please use a Customer local ID and try the connection once again.

Send through the tunnel configuration documentation or screen-shot from the other end of the tunnel (less any pre-shared key) and I’ll compare the CyberEdge configuration.
