Recently after upgrading my Compaq 6715p Laptop to Windows 7 from Windows XP, everytime my laptop came out of Standby or Hibernation it locked up, and the only way to unlock it was to hard reset the laptop with its power button. My Laptop has a X1200 Radeon Mobile Graphics Card. After trying to upgrade to the latest driver version , I found I couldn’t find the drivers for the X1200 on the ATI’s Site After some research I found that you can download and install the x1050 and the x1300 Drivers for this card. Upon installing these it fixed the issue
