Trying to open a 365 Anti Phishing Policy in a GDAP Clients Page and the only item I could see is Spoof intelligence in Protection Settings with Global Reader Role
Using a Global Admin account I was able to see the rest e.g.
Phishing email threshold
Can only see Spoof intelligence in 365 Anti Phishing Policy
