Try resetting Webview back to Basic
Please open File Explorer and open C:\blp. We want to check for wvcomp folder here, is it present?
If it is present;
Rename wvcomp to wvcomp_old. If we can then test Spreadsheet Builder and BQL Builder in Excel.

That’s good news, it indicates where the problem is. This will put it to the basic version of webview that is installed with Terminal located here C:\blp\webview\blpwebview.exe, some features in Office Tools will require the full version.
We may get a full fix by running wbvwupd.exe from the C:\blp\wintrv\ folder. Once you run this it will be working in the background, give it 3-5mins. This will replace the wvcomp folder. Try this. If not a full install of the WebView component from the Bloomberg Software updates page.
