Recently trying to login to the PRISM gui for the Nutanix after a new setup brought the error

Account locked due to too many failed attempts.

Logging in via SSH to the CVM IP worked with the same username and password.

I waited 10 minutes for the account to auto unlock, however in the end I had to restart the Node to be able to log back in again
