Polycom HDX8000 System needed to be enabled to make outgoing IP calls. We opened up 1720 for call setup and also the Ports we fixed in through the web portal ( 3230 – 3280 ) however outbound calls where bringing the end devices name through but displayed the following error :

“Your call could not be completed because the call was routed through an intermediate network that does not service the far site”

Upon firewall log inspection , the Polycom HDX8000 System was still using ports higher and outside these ranges. After research we found the ports list diagram below which matched the firewall logs : 49151 – 65535 TCP / UDP
