We had a recent problem setting up a new profile on VMwares Airwatch. When a user tries to reply from a message that has been automatically forwarded through exchange, after deleting the To field with the prepoluated forwarding from address, the user cannot enter in an email address
E.g. User A forwards message to User B User B clicks reply and takes User A out of the To field User B cannot populate To field , can type in the To filed but nothing appears.
We try adding the profile manually and we do not have this problem , We are running kitkat 4.4.2 andriod on the device and its happened after deleting and readding the profile is still had the issue
Turns out “Allow email forwarding” was disabled via the Provider which enabling this fixed
