Trying to visit a reporting part of a goverment website came up with the following error in Microsoft Edge

error 500 javax.servlet.servletexception error reading ‘attachment’

Using Internet explorer came up with the following error

HTTP 500

The website cannot display the page

After testing java versions, the issue was actually to do with the server instead of the client so they fixed the webserver which resolved the issue!
