After searching the Menu and CLI’s for a command I contacted Fortinet support who confirmed , there is NO way to determine the ADSL Line Sync rate for a Routers 60cx via the GUI or CLI or determine the SnR of the line , which is pretty much useless in diagnosing speed issues with the ISP!
