A server was sucessfully completing it’s backup of Exchange, however the Log files where not being truncated. I resolved the issue on the server by performing the below in the order:

• Backup Manaully , then Delete old log files
• Turn on Circular Logging
• Restart Information Store
• Turn off Circular Logging
• Restart Information Store
