After installing applications on Small Business Server 2008 such as VMware Server 1.08 , This may stop and break IIS 7.  This is usually down to the issue stated here , http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;894435 ( ISS 6 or 7 Does not like running ASP 32bit and 64bit at the Same Time on the 64 bit computer ) In the Event Log it brings up this error The Module DLL C:\Windows\system32\RpcProxy\RpcProxy.dll failed to load with Source: W3SVC-WP The way to fix this problem with Exchange 2007 is Go to Start , Type CMD , then Press CTRL , SHIFT and Enter to open the command prompt with Administrive Rights if not already logged in as administrator Fire off these 2 Commands

1. cscript %SYSTEMDRIVE%\inetpub\adminscripts\adsutil.vbs SET W3SVC/AppPools/Enable32bitAppOnWin64 0
2. %SYSTEMROOT%\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis.exe -i

Restart ISS if needed
