- Install Chrome or edge on the mobile device
- Change it to the default browser
- When you try and login, choose ‘Open in Edge\Chrome’ and the authentication will work.

The Outlook Application for IOS /Android can only be managed for mobile device management in 365 not from on-premise exchange per this article
This means in the event of a device being lost or stolen that only have email synced via the Outlook Application , company data cannot be removed from the device.
You can disable this Active Sync Device for Downloading emails using the following method:

The install should ask you to reload which will restart the whole stack ( All Stack members should run the same IOS )
If the SSH console disconnects during the install progress you will need to do an Manual Reload Command
