The laptop sometimes won’t even load the homepage when opening Edge

The issue happens with OneDrive web site as well as Sharepoint

We have tried clearing the cache on her edge browser which didn’t work
There’s zero ping dropouts to the internet ruling out internet issues
We have tried to recreate her Edge Profile which should clear all data that didn’t work



Fix : Disable IPv6
