SYMPTOM: Customer was unable to resize the VM AHA-AVD-AE-1 from E16as_v4 to E16as_v5. The customer did not see option in the list of VM sku size when trying to resize VM

CAUSE: Differences between V4 and V5 storage controllers. Agent confirmed that the V5 has no local storage while V4 has local storage with specific IOPS and throughput.

RESOLUTION: The customer can take a snapshot of the virtual machine and then use that snapshot to build a disk which they can then build a new virtual machine with the desired newer version of the sku size.
