Had a customer that have very slow load times downloading documents ” took a long while for the download to happen” then exiting it would come up with the below

Hotspotting off their phone fixed the issue

In the end it seemed to be an IPV6 config with their router ( Providing temporary address ) disabling IPV6 fixed the issue
