
After a customer enabled AutoPatch their users started getting the below error message

There’s no way to schedule a Update period like in Windows Updates I can see ( every Friday 5pm ) , however you have increase the deadline for the updates to say 1 week instead of 0 at the moment.

If you want to roll back to what it was beforehand I would remove the Microsoft 365 Apps Policies from the devices to go back to cloud.office.com
