We had a customer on the Current Channel (Preview) Channel , however they stopped getting Office Updates

Under inventory the Devices all the devices on would show the cloud update status of Not Eligible For Profiles

Not Eligible For Profiles means The device is not on a channel supported by cloud update.

Changing their Channel from Current Channel (Preview) to Current Channel Fixes this issue
