Recently when trying to access a users Office 365 Unlimited Archive Mailbox using Outlook 2013 I was shown the error  “Cannot display the folder”

Outlook 2013 is actually not supported for Office 365 Archive , you will need to install Outlook 2016 for this to work and it will show the emails
