How to Setup Customer for Vocus Portal from Teams Calling

Add Customer

Add Test Numbers for Customer

Add Trunk ( Number Simutanous Calls ) 

Add Numbers to Trunk

  • Add TXT domain
  • Do not tick any exchange or advance potions
  • Create new user account for establishing of the SIP trunk with Vocus
  • Password is not required
  • Note: domestic call plan license cannot be assigned to the user

    Keep phone system and Teams licenses, untick all other

    Only user access permission is required

 

 

Phone system license needs to be assigned to the activation account otherwise the command below will always fail.
