By default Chrome leaves browser relaunch and Update installation up to the user

To force this , we just need to set a RelaunchNotificationPeriod how long you want to wait to install an update and a RelaunchWindow time to install theupdate 2am to 4am 

In Edge \ Chrome :

Notify users to restart to apply pending updates – Chrome Enterprise and Education Help (google.com)
