FYI that you can enable the 1:1 Teams call recording via the Teams admin center as I ran through this a month back with one of my clients (see here – https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/call-recording-transcription-captions). Obviously, just need to make sure that you seek your colleague or client’s consent prior to the recording for any sensitive info discussed on the call.
