Oauth token on the windows PC is dead.
Just go to Credential manager > Windows credentials, then find all the
msoffice16:OAUTH2 creds (should have imap.gmail), and delete them.
Close then reopen outlook, and it’ll ask for re-signin.
Click sign in, login in the browser window it opens, and done!
