We serve requests on multiple web servers for each site. Each web server is constrained to 2GB. The number of web servers can scale up horizontally, allowing each publisher a maximum of 100 GB of storage. As for your second question, backups are kept in case you need to restore.

I cleared my extra backups , however the errors did not stop , the support team got back to me in 48 hours which wasn’t the fastest but I guess thats the price you pay for free webhosting
