Errors out depliying the NIC :

Please make sure that the referenced resource exists, and that both resources are in the same region. (Code: InvalidResourceReference)

This is due to for some reason it not deploying the Subnets entered in the Marketplace ( External \ Internal and Protected )

Creating the Subnets Manually then adding these to the marketplace options dropped down fixed this

Next :

Size Standard_D2as_v5 is restricted to have only one network interface with accelerated networking enabled. (Code: VmSizeRestrictedToSingleNicWithAcceleratedNetworkingEnable)

I deployed without AcceleratedNetworking then just renenabled for the correct port
