Dynamics Outlook Redo the Cache – We-re something went Wrong

THIS IS FOR CLASSIC OUTLOOK – NEW OUTLOOK DETAILS AT THE BOTTOM.

When you get this error, right click in the blue space and select Inspect.

You will then get the below screen. Select Application tab, then expand Local Storage and right click on https://crm.pa.com.au and select Clear.

Once that is done, close outlook and go to the following folder and delete all the files in this folder.

  %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Wef    

Then start Outlook again.

NEW OUTLOOK FIX

Close outlook. clear the files in the outlook cache folder.  %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Wef   and then start outlook and it authenticate successfully.
