- Identify the groups using the monitor
- Open the monitor and navigate to the Monitor Target tab.
- Review the Groups list to determine which groups the monitor is assigned to.
- Open the relevant group
- In Automate, navigate to Groups > Service Plans.
- Locate the appropriate group from the list identified in the previous step.
- Right-click the group and select Open.
- Access the Internal Monitors
- Within the group properties, select Computers > Internal Monitors.
- Update the Alert Template
- Locate and double-click the desired monitor.
- Under Alert Template, select the required template from the dropdown list.
- Click Save to apply the change.
