Azure Vpn Gateway provisioning Stuck Updating

When upgrading the Azure Vpn Gateway to Standard IP https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/vpn-gateway/basic-public-ip-migrate-howto?tabs=portal

The Gateway seems to get stuck on updating

This is a 3 step process per the guide above , it will take 30 mins to 1 hour per step

Barry Wood Thank you very much for this explanation. We currently have the same error message being reported by DFI, so this method of deleting the container is really apricated.
