Start by downloading the RSAT for Windows 7 from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=7D2F6AD7-656B-4313-A005-4E344E43997D&displaylang=en

Next, select the DFS tools from the “Turn Windows Features On and Off” under “Control Panel”, “Programs” (as shown below).

You can then run : 

DFSUTIL /PKTINFO to get the output

And a

DFSUTIL /PKTFLUSH to see if this helps with the issue
