Upon trying to open storagecraft Image Manager the following error is displayed : 

the property ‘agent connections’ could not be created

Checking all the services showed the service was started and restarting fine.

The program was also complaining about not being able to access as Temp file in the Local %appdata% Folder

Logging off then back on fixed this
