After performing some windows updates on a Windows Server 2008 Datacenter box , I restarted the Virtual Machine to find a blue screen of death with the following error
File: \windows\system32\ntkrnlpa.exe
Status: 0XC0000098
Info: Windows failed to load because the kernel is missing, or corrupt.
The machine wouldn’t boot into safe mode , after some more research this kernel file is used in Windows Vista.
I copied the file from another Windows Server 2008 Datacenter boxVirtual Machine , and luckily the machine booted fine. Here’s a link to the file

Hello I have the problem with my Windows server 2008, I shut it down abnormally and when I restarted it is bring a blue screen and then restarts.
Can anyone help me?
