Checklist :
- Check the times of disconnect , are they every 10-20 seconds the same ( could be timers )
- show interfaces gigabitethernet 2/0/23 check for Errors
- Was this switch recently replaced / power problem – Raise a TAC
- Replace Cables/Ports
