Please contact the system administrator. Templates<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Open up Regedit and browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion\\Explorer\\Shell Folders<\/p>\r\n<p>Check for Templates<\/p>\r\n<p>In my case the following folder was not available<\/p>\r\n<p>%appdata%\\microsoft\\windows\\template<\/p>\r\n<p>Recreating this folder fixed the problem. This error message might also display MyDocuments , So I would check the My Documents path in Olympus in the program if you can get in or the registry is set correctly.
