When you do not have the Global Admin credentials for a customer, the system provides a way for you to send an authorization link to the customer, which allows the customer to authorize the partner to manage the customer tenant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click\u00a0Authorization\u00a0link, and the\u00a0Authorization\u00a0link\u00a0panel appears.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Enter the email address of the customer\u2019s Tenant Owner account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click Generate\u00a0authorization\u00a0link. The\u00a0generated link\u00a0will be displayed in the textbox. The\u00a0link\u00a0is only valid within 72 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Copy to copy the\u00a0link. Then, you can send the\u00a0link\u00a0to the customer you want to invite. After the customer clicks the\u00a0link\u00a0and completes the\u00a0authorization, you can manage the customer in Elements for Partners.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
