This looks to be a generic issue with Apple Wallet :\u00a0Service access with Managed Apple Accounts \u2013 Apple Support (AU)<\/a>\u00a0“The app appears, but organisations can add only student ID cards and employee badges”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The list of UnManaged Accounts didn’t come back with a list of emais <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had to do the domain capture then run a Message trace in exchange : appleid@apple.com

Which gave me this after<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you don\u2019t have a device with a supported software version installed, you can also complete this process by signing in to account.apple.com<\/a> using your Apple Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
