update <a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/officeupdates\/update-history-microsoft365-apps-by-date\">Update history for Microsoft 365 Apps (listed by date) &#8211; Office release notes | Microsoft Learn<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tried to change the Channel back to MonthlyEnterprise<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code class=\"\">C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\microsoft shared\\ClickToRun&gt;OfficeC2RClient.exe \/changesetting Channel=MonthlyEnterprise<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>However when I ran<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code class=\"\">C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\microsoft shared\\ClickToRun&gt;officec2rclient.exe \/update user<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>It said the version was already up to date<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Looking back at the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Office\\ClickToRun\\Configuration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UpdateChannel was resetting back to the Current Channel URL <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>http:\/\/officecdn.microsoft.com\/pr\/492350f6-3a01-4f97-b9c0-c7c6ddf67d60<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The machine was setup to update via config.office.com <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However you can change the version manually via the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Policies\\Microsoft\\cloud\\office\\16.0\\Common\\officeupdate Key<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure back to <a href=\"http:\/\/officecdn.microsoft.com\/pr\/55336b82-a18d-4dd6-b5f6-9e5095c314a6\">http:\/\/officecdn.microsoft.com\/pr\/55336b82-a18d-4dd6-b5f6-9e5095c314a6<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>and UpdateChannelChanged to True<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>and ran this<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C:\\Program Files\\Common Files\\microsoft shared\\ClickToRun&gt;officec2rclient.exe \/update user<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It
