Conference Mode section)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Basically native Teams clients only, SfB or 3PIP endpoints won&#8217;t be able to answer calls on this queue once you put it in conference mode. The calls won&#8217;t even ring on those endpoints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Microsoft Support <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we discussed, the issue happened to almost all the call queues except one. And the agent of the call queue can hear the ringtones. But the call drops immediately the agent tries to answer it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then you performed a test call and also collected Teams log from your side. As for the corresponding call ID, we only found the one of yesterday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After checking the provided files, we found that you are using Oracle and the call dropped due to&nbsp;420 Bad Extension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"320\" src=\"https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8100 img-responsive\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-4.png 800w, https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-4-300x120.png 300w, https:\/\/pariswells.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-4-768x307.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The error is due to the header didn&#8217;t change properly, please engage Oracle support (your calling vendor) to make the &#8220;replace-&#8220;header as &#8220;enabled&#8221;.
