A call on their support number, produced the fact they <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">do not support TXT DNS Record updates.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>Luckily in 365 there is another way to verify domain\u00a0ownership\u00a0which \u00a0is to use a low priority dummy MX record, which plusnet did allow. However &#8230; Microsoft utilise SRV records for Microsoft Lync to work.
